Welcome to... <Spanish Wells Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida.   Though you may not know it at first glance, the name says it all...longevity, strength, reputation, location, variety, opulence, and on and on.  Spanish Wells is the oldest, young private country club in Lee County.  How's that possible  Age-wise, this country club was founded in 1979 when practically nothing existed in Bonita Springs.  At almost 30 years of age, this makes it the Oldest.  As for Young...Spanish Wells maintains the reputation of keeping with the times; Architecturally, Infrastructurally, Aesthetically, and the list goes on and on.

The Club House is about 3-years New.  That's right, It's very new and it boasts about 32,000 square feet of space that caters to your very needs.  It has a huge dining room, pool area, fitness center, pro-shop, and this list goes on and on as well.

The 27-hole Equity Membership Golf & Country Club provides you with crme de la crme amenities...although you are not obligated to be an equity member.  Membership options you can choose from are Dining, Club Activity, or Convertible.  The Equity Membership being the most comprehensive, gives you rights to most everything the others do.

Location-wise, you can't go wrong.  It is centrally located between the world famous Bonita Beach and I-75.  To the North, you have the very new Coconut Point Mall.  To the South you have Naples.  You are close to great dining, movie theatres, groceries, the Naples Philharmonic, and more.

As for residences, choose from Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Coach Homes, and even Vacant Land.  As with most all the communities of this caliber, Spanish Wells is a deed restricted community and you'll want to find out about new custom home building regulations if you want to build one here...that's just an FYI.
