Search Properties.
Then Get Help Understanding What the Listing Does Not Tell You.
A listing can show price, photographs, measurements, and selected facts. It may not answer whether the property fits your intended use, total cost, insurance needs, association obligations, condition concerns, financing, future flexibility, or risk tolerance.
As you search for property, this may be a good time to set up an account so that you can save and organize all your searches. We provide you with the ability to organize yourself. All you have to do is set up your own account is to click on the "Sign Up" link located at that top right-hand side of our website on your screen. If you already have an account, you'll find the appropriate "Sign In" link in the same vacinity as the "Sign Up."
Use the Search Without Losing the Decision.
- Save properties that fit the intended use and the true monthly or operating budget.
- Compare property type, location, condition, fees, taxes, insurance questions, and restrictions - not only price and photographs.
- Note what is missing from the listing and which records or inspections could answer it.
- Ask about representation before requesting private showings.
- For commercial property, define use, access, utilities, zoning, occupancy, records, financing, and due diligence before relying on the marketing summary.
- As you search, you don't get any results, don't dismay. Sometimes broadening one variable or condition can make a world of difference in your search results. If you make an account, you can save the search criteria you used for future matches, comparisons, and/or to tell us which requirements cannot change so we can help you review alternatives.
