My name is Edward Lorenzini, Jr. and I am the broker of ad Infinitum Realty & Consulting, Inc. I have been serving the Southwest Florida region in real estate for just over a quarter of a century since moving down here in 2001. My company is envisioned with you in mind...to help you achieve your real estate goals of owning your very own piece of the American Dream through education...not hard, pressured selling.

I fully understand that without you, there is no US. As an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and the Coconut Coast Organization of Realtors (CCOR) (Formerly Bonita-Estero Association of Realtors (BEAR)), I subscribe to a strict code of ethics and am privileged to effectively serve both buyers and sellers of real estate. As a transaction broker/brokerage, you can be confident that your needs will come first and foremost.

Historically, we've weathered the Real Estate Storm that sadly took out lots of home owners and real estate professionals alike in 2006-2010. Luckily, we survived the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Hurricanes?  What's a hurricane but a mere inconvenience right?  (I'm just kidding.)

Currently though, inflation, higher costs of living, tariffs, and some other national economic factors have trickled into the real estate industry (and others) causing some inconvenient headwinds for Buyers, Sellers, and Investors alike. The overall market climate seems to be relatively stable despite a bit of a cool-off (as of Summer 2026).  Market corrections can be a good thing and as in all things, an ebb and flow is to be expected.  This too will pass and we're here to stay to help you achieve your goals in Residential, Luxury, Select Commercial, Distressed, and yes...International Real Estate.
