Tammy Welker
Florida.
It's a state that has a reputation of having so many real
estate license holders. So many in fact, that according to a 2020
article published at journal.firsttuesday.us, approximately 13.6 in
every 1,000 people in Florida hold some sort of real estate license.
That's equates to about 1 in every 73.53 people in Florida. As of 2020,
that places us, Florida, as the top dog for having one of the highest
density per capita of real estate license holders in the country. But as astronomically insane those numbers are, keep in mind that only a small fraction are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, or even a local board of realtors...let alone adhere to a strict code of ethics as "Realtors."
